Edgar Allan Poe was born on 19 January 1809. As such, next year is the bicentennial anniversary. There are many events scheduled and it would be entertaining to take part in them. More interesting is the fact that Poe's house in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is National Historic Site. Unfortunately, at this time, there is little information on the NPS website due to the upcoming events.
